What did you do prior to T&Co?
“I joined T&Co as an experienced hire in March 2018. Prior to joining Treacy & Company, I worked at Procter & Gamble and a different consulting firm in Chicago.”
What do you think makes T&Co different from other consulting firms?
“There are 2 things that make T&Co unique from the previous companies that I worked at: the focus on growth strategy for our clients and the constant learning culture instilled by our consultants and leadership. Working on growth strategy exposes us to the most complex client problems, and developing our recommendations requires an intellectual stimulating thought process. Being a small firm, T&Co invests in its employees and has created a culture of experiential learning. On day one, you are provided “at-bats” to contribute to a project. These unique learning opportunities provide personal development that you will not get at other consulting firms.”
What advice would you give to a new consultant just starting at T&Co?
“Being a small firm, do not be afraid to become a contributor whether it is on a project or internal firm initiatives on your first day. Also, do not be afraid to reach out to other consultants and senior firm leadership. Everyone here is friendly and wants to share their knowledge!”
What are you passionate about outside of work?
“Outside of work, I am passionate about Chicago sports, collecting sneakers, staying active by lifting weights and playing sports, and trying new restaurants with my wife and friends.”
