John Randolph is a Senior Vice President with Treacy & Company bringing over 30 years of management, leadership, consulting and business development experience.
After leaving the Ontario Government as Assistant Deputy Minister and CIO at Management Board of Cabinet and Ministry of Revenue John launched into a highly successful consulting career in partnership with CSC Index. He has been the consulting lead for some of Canada’s largest and most successful strategic transformation projects for both the private sector and for the Government of Canada.
John has been a guest lecturer at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard School of Business and completed the executive program at Center for Information Systems Research, MIT, Sloan School of Management.
He is also the Founder and Chairman of Canadian FORCES & FAMILIES, a national volunteer organization dedicated to providing support to serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans and their families especially in the field of Family Health and Mental Wellness Outreach.
John is the recipient of the Distinguished Services Medal, Canada’s highest Civilian Award from the Canadian Armed Forces.
He is a graduate of the University of Guelph with a BA in English Literature and Languages and a graduate of the Queen’s University School of Business, the Public Executive Program.
