Jonathan Roberts is an Engagement Leader with Treacy & Company. He has over seven years of consulting and operating experience with Fortune 500 companies and government clients around the world. He has led work in financial services, industrial manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, and logistics, among other industries. His recent projects have focused on offer & solution development, go-to-market transformation, and installing replicable approaches to rapid-cycle innovation.
Most recently, Jon was Associate Director of Market Strategy & Analysis at UBS Wealth Management, a top-five U.S. wealth manager. At UBS, he was responsible for strategies and initiatives to attract, engage, and retain financial advisors across the unit’s 7,000-strong network. He also played a key role in developing the unit’s perspective, approach, and partnerships in the growing fintech space. Prior to UBS, Jon worked in New Initiatives with the Clinton Health Access Initiative, based in Kampala, Uganda and covering countries across East and Southern Africa. He was responsible for design and launch of multi-year innovation programs to strengthen maternal and child health management systems and supply chains. Jon began his career with Treacy & Company, and rejoined the firm in 2015.
Jon holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University, where he focused on political psychology and theory. Outside the office, Jon is an avid traveler and occasionally performs in a previous occupation, as an operatic bass-baritone. He resides in New York, NY with his wife, Amy.
