Kevin Sarb is a Principal with Treacy & Company. Kevin has over 13 years of experience as a management consultant, leading client engagements across a wide variety of industries, including: agribusiness, chemicals, building products, security solutions, technology solutions and services, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, distribution, and medical devices. Across many industries, Kevin’s focus has been on B2B industries’ growth challenges, go-to-market approaches, and sales strategy & effectiveness.
Prior to joining Treacy & Company, Kevin was a Principal with Blue Canyon Partners in their Evanston, IL office. While there, he focused on developing overall growth strategies and plans to implement them with senior executives and business leaders, as well as devising adjacent market strategies, channel strategies, pricing strategies, and major customer strategies & initiatives. Prior to joining Blue Canyon Partners, Kevin was a Manager with ZS Associates in their Chicago office, focusing on development of go-to-market strategy and sales transformation, sales strategy, sales resource optimization, sales force design, and sales force effectiveness.
Kevin earned his MBA, with honors, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, concentrating in International Business, Economics, and Finance. He earned his MA in Applied Economics from the University of Michigan, and his BS in Pre-Professional Studies and History from the University of Notre Dame. Kevin lives in Naperville, IL, a western suburb of Chicago, with his wife Kelly, their 3 boys, and their Labrador Retriever.
