What did you do prior to T&Co?
"I worked in New Product Development at W.L. Gore & Associates for 5 years where I worked on a team that engineered technical fabrics materials for military use. I had a great experience at Gore and was able to learn a great deal about product innovation in a highly cross-functional role in which I routinely interfaced with scientists, process engineers, and sales to drive product concepts from the lab through commercialization."
What was your experience going through the recruitment process with T&Co?
"I joined T&Co for my MBA internship. Prior to the internship, I didn’t have any consulting experience. Everyone at the firm, especially other team members, was incredibly patient and supportive in helping me understand the consulting process and our IP. I was so impressed with the willingness of my colleagues to answer questions regarding my client work, their perspective on consulting as a career, and their outlook for the firm."
What about T&Co made you want to apply?
"After working in product development, I knew that I did not want to stray away from innovation – these are the most fun problems to solve. Our exclusive focus on growth and innovation for our clients strongly aligned with the types of projects I wanted to work on as well as leveraged my product development background, making T&Co. a logical place to apply."
