Pradeep Ghosh is a Principal at Treacy & Company and the founder of the firm’s Chicago office. He has over nine years of management consulting experience advising senior level clients on strategic and operational issues in multiple industries including healthcare, finance, distribution, energy, chemical, and industrial manufacturing. Pradeep’s most recent work has been focused on leading asset intensive commodities producers through a transformation to re-orient their strategy from production-out to market-in in order to identify high margin growth opportunities that diversify their business portfolio and position them for sustained profitable growth. His teams often engage broad client teams to identify market opportunities, assess innovation potential, define pilots for in-market rapid cycle testing, and build critical growth & innovation capabilities.
Prior to Treacy & Company, Pradeep was a member of m2c (market to customer) at Monitor Group where he advised pharmaceutical firms on product launch and positioning strategies to accelerate time to peak sales of new drugs, identified growth opportunities for a market leading battery manufacturer, and defined strategies to establish an innovation center of excellence for a global oil & gas services provider.
In his free time, Pradeep has led pro-bono consulting teams through the Taproot Foundation and Inspire to advise non-profit institutions. He plays soccer weekly and enjoys long runs and bike rides along Lake Michigan. Pradeep has a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
