Pushan Sen Gupta is an Engagement Leader with Treacy & Company. He has over eight years of experience in strategy consulting and operatoins, and has worked in the United States and Asia. Recently, he also took over as the CEO of First Help Financial, a fast-growing niche auto lending firm, which is part of Treacy & Company Ventures. His current focus is to provide growth and innovation advice to firms in consumer finance, especially auto finance. Pushan brings in significant experience and expertise based on his engagements with several Fortune 500 companies on key management issues.
Prior to joining Treacy & Company, Pushan was with The Boston Consulting Group for over four years, joining them out of business school. He worked in their New York and New Delhi offices for clients in automotive, heavy engineering and industrial goods sectors. He was fast-tracked for early promotion and received several internal awards for generating insights and creating client impact. Pre-MBA, Pushan was part of a prestigious leadership development program with ITC Limited, the largest consumer goods company in India.
Pushan has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) and a MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM Bangalore). Currently, he spends his weekdays in Boston and his weekends in New Haven, CT where his wife is a physician at the Yale New Haven Hospital.
