What did you do prior to T&Co?
"I was a revenue manager in New York, responsible for developing the pricing strategy for the Hilton New York’s guest rooms. I was there for a little over two years prior to pursuing my MBA at Yale as a means to transitioning into the consulting industry."
What do you think makes T&Co different from other consulting firms?
"About 8 months into the job, I realized that I actually enjoy working with everyone at T&Co. I’ve had a few jobs prior to this one and I always had people I didn’t enjoy working with—it’s a given at any firm. It’s truly a rare workplace, consulting or any other, to enjoy all your co-workers. Find me another firm within which I will find such comradery and I will say T&Co isn’t special anymore."
What advice would you give to a new consultant just starting at T&Co?
"Don’t worry too much about being lost. It’s apparently part of the process and there’s absolutely no way around it. Enjoy learning something new every day and over time, it will work itself out."
