Roles

Summer Analyst

Over an intensive 10-week period, you will participate in all aspects of project work alongside T&Co leaders who will support your development.

Analyst

You will have an unparalleled experience, owning significant segments of the client engagement process, while working alongside T&Co leaders who will support your development in meaningful ways.

Associate

You will serve as a thought partner to colleagues and work alongside clients in meaningful ways to develop a deep understanding of their challenges and to make solutions happen.

Project Leader

You will take ownership of the project and serve as a thought leader to your team, while learning how to keep one eye on the big picture and the other on the details.

Principal

You will build long-lasting relationships with clients to support the continual growth of the firm.

Partner

You will create catered, innovative solutions as a trusted advisor to clients, while defining the strategic direction of T&Co.
