Jack works in Treacy & Company’s Chicago office. Having worked across a number of clients and industries, Jack has extensive experience in growth strategy & customer experience optimization and leverages this expertise to solve his clients’ most complex challenges.
Jack joined Treacy & Company in April of 2022. Prior to joining T&Co, Jack worked as a Strategy Manager within Accenture’s Customer, Sales, & Service practice, where he led a variety of growth and service strategy-related initiatives across Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, High Tech, & Telecom. Jack also has a Six Sigma Black Belt certification as well as a Salesforce Administrator certification and is a proud alumnus of The University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Jack joined T&Co for its culture and differentiated approach to solving growth & innovation challenges. He believes that the firm has a unique go-to-market strategy and is excited about the opportunity to help clients with their most complex issues.
Outside of Work
Jack enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their 2-year-old golden retriever. When he’s not out on a walk or visiting dog parks in downtown Chicago, Jack also loves to pick up the sticks and enjoy a nice round of golf.
