Josh Coleman

About

Josh Coleman is a Partner with Treacy & Company. He has over 15 years of experience advising senior executives on issues related to growth and innovation. With a background in strategy, Josh has helped companies with corporate strategy, marketing strategy, organizational design, and innovation program development. Josh brings a broad perspective to his clients based on experience across a variety of industries including healthcare, life sciences, industrials, financial services, consumer products and the public sector.

Josh joined T&Co in 2014.  Prior to Treacy & Company, Josh worked with Monitor Group and Monitor Deloitte. He began in the London office, working with consumer and life science companies across Europe, and spent several years in the Middle East developing strategies for industrial and healthcare clients. Before consulting, Josh worked with the United Nations in South America and drove a truck in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.

Josh joined T&Co because (1) he loves solving the stickiest growth and innovation problems with his clients, and (2) he wanted to work with the best growth and innovation practitioners in the industry. He believes in the power of dedicated teams and great ideas to make an outsized impact.

Outside of work

Josh lives in Chicago with his wife, two children, and terrier. An avid (amateur) chef, you’ll often find him in the kitchen or exploring the exceptional restaurants of his Logan Square neighborhood.
