Yan Vinarskiy

About

Yan is a Principal based in Treacy & Company’s Chicago office. He has extensive experience in product development, sales effectiveness, and growth strategy. He also leads the Employee Experience team, which is tasked with creating and maintaining an industry leading experience for T&Co’s teammates.

Yan joined T&Co in 2019. He was previously working as a Product Manager at Twilio in charge of the data analytics product portfolio. During his time at Twilio, Yan led the development and launch of a new email marketing analytics product suite which has generated nearly $1M in sales to date. Prior to Twilio, Yan worked at Accenture in the Strategy practice focused on customer experience design and commercial excellence.

Yan joined T&Co due to its tight knit culture and entrepreneurial spirit. He has had the opportunity to not only grow as a consultant but get involved in growing T&Co into a larger, more expansive organization.

Outside of work

Yan enjoys time experimenting with new recipes – particularly new ice cream recipes and spending time with his wife and small fluffy dog Piper. When not at home cooking, Yan can be found taking architecture tours of Chicago, either by boat or by foot, or practicing his burgeoning photography hobby.
