Our social impact work is focused around three main pillars: volunteering, mentorship and pro-bono engagements.
At T&Co, our Social Impact mission is to serve our local communities in ways that deliver high-impact results and offer enriching experiences for our consultants. Our past and current Social Impact activities have been concentrated within volunteering, and skills-based mentorship, and donations.
We make it a priority to serve the communities in which we live. We have previously volunteered with the Waltham Boys and Girl Club in Needham, the My Block, My Hood, My City organization in Chicago, and the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
We offer professional development chats to students at consulting clubs at Michigan and Swarthmore, and we hope to expand to other chapters at various universities if this is a success. We want to be the first place a young professional can look if they are interested in the field of consulting and offer any necessary support, whether through chats, case workshops, or info sessions about who we are and what makes us unique.
We are volunteering to help consult on non-profit projects through 180 Degree Consulting clubs at various universities. We hope to leverage our skills to drive the most impact to those who need it the most.
