Hans is works in Treacy & Company’s Chicago office. Hans has a wide array of experience developing and implementing growth strategies across a host of B2B industries, including Financial Services, Industrial OEMs, Building Products, and Healthcare IT. He is particularly fond of working hand-in-hand with clients and his team to implement ambitious strategies that make sense for the client’s business and have a tangible impact on top line growth.

Hans joined Treacy & Company in 2018, after graduating with an MS in Management Studies from Kellogg School of Management. Prior to Kellogg, Hans specialized in competitive intelligence, helping his prior employer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, to keep a pulse on the industry and stay ahead of the competition.

Hans joined T&Co for its client engagements, which vary widely by project thesis and industry, but always have a singular focus on driving meaningful growth in collaboration with the client. He’s stayed due to T&Co’s culture that recognizes and fosters growth for each individual while retaining a constant sense of community and collaboration.

Outside of work

Hans enjoys spending time with his partner and their 4.5lb Pomeranian puppy, who often makes guest appearances on video calls. On any given day you might find him walking by the lake with his dog, brainstorming inventions with his brother, bowling with his friends, or watching scary movies (or reality TV) with his partner.
