Andrew is based in Treacy & Company’s Chicago Office and a strategist hooked on bringing empathy to business solutions. Having worked within four continents—and across various industries—he’s energized by integrating multidisciplinary perspectives to help his clients explore fresh growth opportunities and takeoff with new offerings.

Andrew Joined Treacy & Company in 2021. Prior to joining T&Co, Andrew he worked as a innovation and business design consultant with Doblin, a Deloitte Business. At Doblin, Andrew helped financial services, healthcare, consumer, and industrial clients research, design, prototype, and launch new products and services. Andrew also has prior experience in functional technology roles and is a proud alumnus of The Ohio State University.

Andrew joined T&Co for it’s culture and differentiated approach to innovation engagements. He believes that his colleagues are second to none and is energized by T&Co’s ability to expertly marry classical business strategy with design-led innovation for tangible, tactical results. Andrew’s motto is to “turn empathy into offerings,” and joined T&Co believing this was the best place to do just that.

Outside of work

Eager to serve his community, you may find Andrew investing energy into youth equity organizations outside of work. If you catch him daydreaming, it’s probably imagining his past (and future) trips to the mountains.
