Sarah is the Chief Business Officer and is based in Treacy & Company’s Boston office. Sarah, along with the Operating Committee, oversees the administrative, financial, and operations management of the firm. She especially enjoys the work she does in Talent Management and Employee Engagement because it directly effects T&Co’s two biggest assets, its people and its culture.
Sarah joined T&Co in 2013. She previously was at the Maine Celtics (née Maine Red Claws) as the Director of Operations, focusing on front office administration, financial management, and game-day logistics. Before that she worked at Sidney Garber, a luxury jewelry company, focusing on business operations and inventory management.
Sarah joined T&Co because of its people and learning opportunities. Sarah often spiels about the intelligence, thoughtfulness, and drive of the people at T&Co. She loves the professional development and growth that she has experienced during her time here and the continual learning opportunities that are presented.
Sarah spends most of her time outside of T&Co with her husband and toddler son. The biggest activities on the list include playing in puddles, throwing dirt, hitting things together that make loud noises, and eating our body weight in pasta. Sarah also enjoys cycling, paddle boarding, recreational sports teams, and hunting down and tasting the best IPAs New England has to offer.
