Tommy works in Treacy & Company’s Chicago office. Tommy works closely with clients to support growth and innovation initiatives including product development and go-to-market strategy.

Tommy joined Treacy & Company in 2021, and previously worked at Stax, where he consulted for private equity firms on growth strategy and commercial due diligence engagements. Tommy graduated from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business in 2019 with a dual degree in Finance and Economics.

Tommy joined T&Co because of its focus on growth strategy & innovation, and for the firm’s strong people-centric culture. Company culture is Tommy’s main parameter of value, and he greatly values T&Co’s sincere commitment to its employees’ personal and professional development.

Outside of work

Tommy spends much of his free time with friends & family. A fitness enthusiast, Tommy enjoys running, weightlifting, boxing, and playing basketball. An avid football fan, Tommy loves to cheer on his Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Baltimore Ravens. Tommy also enjoys hiking, listening to podcasts, walking along the beach, and watching psychological thriller movies.
